I LOVE THIS SERIES! And I can't wait for the next book. Of course, I will probably read the previous ones all over before I read the next. I have thoroughly enjoyed each book, and list it up with some of my favorite post-apocalyptic books that I own. I have enjoyed that this story is drawn out, and we are allowed to have more character development, not know WHO to trust, and that there is always that feeling of worry as you go to the next page...... what will happen to a certain character, will someone die, will a big dog-fight war break out, etc.....Product details

I have enjoyed reading Summer Lane's books. The Collapse Series has keep me interested in the Character, Cassidy Hart and Chris Young from the beginning. I look forward to a resolution of their story and seeing how it all ends.
Now, don't get me wrong, I loved this book. I read it in a day and then again. Summer Lane is a wonderful and artful writer, I always get lost in her books. But I sometimes feel lacking a lack of details is present. As the series goes on I feel like it is a lot more of "let me get the story out" than "let me elaborate on everything". But again, I still love it and will continue to read the series until there is nothing left!
Me. Lane really has a knack for delivering the most true to life stories I have read. On to the next one.
Summer Lane has become one of my favorite authors. This whole series is wonderful. I could not stop from the first book until the latest. And the way she ties in characters from her other books is amazing. She truly has the gift.
Great series, they are short quick reads, but it's a good story. Plus there are usually a couple of giggles thrown in if you're reading the paperback version, if you consider typos funny!
I stumbled across this author by accident and I'm so happy I did. I started with the Zero trilogy and was hooked. She is an amazing author with well developed characters and an incredible way to submerse the reader in the post apocalyptic world Omega created. I suggest buying them as a set you won't be disappointed. One warning. You will suffer from a book hangover when your done reading.
One of the difficulties, I believe, in keeping a series going is keeping the story fresh. Summer Lane does this every time. With each book, you can see her skills as a writer grow and not only does each book build upon the previous, they all surpass the previous volumes. In most cases I don't write reviews although I do use reviews in deciding whether or not to purchase a book or series. I wanted to take the time to write this review to hopefully convince at least one other reader that this is a series worth reading.
